If you are interested in becoming thoroughly acquainted with Kemetic Yoga, learning intermediate and advanced level practices, getting your body into superb shape and gaining credit towards your certification as a Kemetic Yoga instructor, then you should attend the Kemetic Yoga Boot Camp Series in Chicago.
Each session will allow you to become more proficient in your practice of Yoga regardless of what style do. We will focus on techniques for flexibility, strength, weight reduction, balance, coordination and more. We will also focus on advanced breathing and meditation techniques that will enhance your internal powers, psychic abilities and sexual energy & attractiveness.
If you are interested in attending one of the YogaSkills Kemetic Yoga Teacher Training courses in Jamaica or elsewhere these sessions will be applied towards the completion of your 200 hours.
