ENERGY DRINKS

The following Recipes are designed to provide you with energy from highly nutritious and digestible sources. Energy comes from the ingredients that contain high amounts of amino acids, B-complex vitamins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, anti-oxidant nutrients and natural sugars. These drinks can be prepared as morning drinks or snack drinks to relieve fatigue and stress. Use a blender.

Citrus Delight:

1. 12 oz. Orange, grapefruit and lime juices
2. 1 tsp. Bee Pollen
3. 1 tsp. Spirulina
4. 1 tsp. Blackstrap molasses
5. ½ tsp. Lecithin
