Yoga Skills Stress Management Program provides individuals, groups, management teams and employees with a broad array of competencies needed to overcome the debilitating effects of chronic stress.

SOME OF OUR MODALITIES

Relaxation Techniques:
These consist of deep breathing exercises, progressive relaxation, body emptying, visualization, and biofeedback. Deep breathing and progressive relaxation activate the body's natural ability to release stress and bring about a sense of well-being.

Understanding the physiology of stress:
The "fight or flight response governs how our bodies respond to stress. Chronic stress, a prolonged period of duress, can produce a variety of negative physical effects that are detrimental to your health. Yoga Skills provides instruction on how to recognize the symptoms of stress and strategies to combating the debilitating effects on all levels.
